Honda's industry leading 7-Year* Domestic Warranty & 3-Year* Commercial Warranty is available free of charge on any Honda Marine outboard purchased.
To qualify the outboard must be serviced for the entire warranty period by an authorised Honda Marine dealer, in line with the recommended service schedule.
Coverage is the same on the last day as it is on the first!
All new Honda outboard engines purchased for pleasure use from an authorised Honda dealer will be warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of seven years from date of purchase.
Any Honda outboard purchased and utilised for government usage will be warranted for a period of three year from date of purchase.
Any Honda outboard purchased and utilised for commercial usage will be warranted for a period of three year from date of purchase.
Our warranty provides top to bottom coverage and is the same on the last day as it is on the first!
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

*Honda is offering a 5 + 2 = 7 years domestic and 1 + 2 = 3 years commercial warranty. The additional 2 years are based on the following conditions: The Outboard must either be sold and set up by an authorised Honda Marine dealer or be sold by an authorised sales agent for Honda Marine Australia and set up in accordance with the instructions in the Product Registration & Set-up Guide (if applicable), in conjunction with the Owner’s Manual. The Outboard must be serviced for the entire warranty period by an authorised Honda Marine dealer, in line with the recommended service schedule, using genuine Honda parts and lubricants.
